Audio Plays but Not Video

I have enabled the plugin am trying to play an MP$ that I have uploaded to a subdirectory in the Joomla MEDIA folder. When selected, the audio play, but no vide plays. The video plays in Windows on my local computer, but not from the website.

Any advice? Thank you.

After a bit more research, I am beginning to think that it is not a problem with the plugin, but a basic problem with the site. I have tried a few different plugins and the video will not play with any of them. But the video plays fine within basic Windows. Are there any restrictions on video playback within Joomla itself?

Usually, browsers only prevent video auto-playing (if sound is enabled). Video playing when the user clicks the play button will still happen normally. Have you tested this with my demo site?

I migrated about a thousand items with attachments from K2 using your tool and attachments plugin. I initially did this on a test account. Everything worked fine over there. The migrated article attachments worked fine. Then I backed it all up and moved it to my live domain. Now none of the attachments load. All I get is Exception File Not Found and I can't figure out where to look. Turning on error reporting and debug don't tell me anything. I am guessing the old files were not moved during the migration correct? Or how does that all work? I still have all the original folders in the original places as far as I can tell.
